The community is conveniently located near major highways, park and shopping. Brookfield townhomes are located in the East Penn School District. This neighborhood does not have any HOA or Condo fees.

Macungie Village

These townhomes were built around the mid 1970’s-1980, they consist of 2 floors and have a basement. They are within walking distance to the Downtown of Macungie. Conveniently located close to major highways and shopping. Macungie Village Townhomes are in the East Penn School District. These townhomes do not have any HOA or Condo fees.

The Ridings At Brookside

This Condominium neighborhood was built around the 1990’s-2000. The townhomes have two floors with a basement and an attached garage. Some styles offer a first floor Master suite. At The Ridings you will also find a few Condos that have single levels. They are located close to downtown Macungie, major grocery, shopping and restaurants, schools, highways and recreation. The monthly HOA fees cover all exterior maintenance of structure, landscaping, snow removal on driveways and sidewalks (over 2 inches), insurance and owner has access to the pool and clubhouse.

Ancient Oak West

This is primarily a subdivision of townhomes, but there are few detached homes sprinkled in the area giving an approximate number of homeowners of 300. This is a family friendly area in the East Penn School District. Ancient Oak West is located close to parks, shopping and major highways. This subdivision also does not have any HOA fees associated with it.

Clearview Manor

This development is mainly condos with a few detached single family homes.The detached homes range in style from traditional to contemporary and also range in their age.If you choose to live in the luxury condos at Clearview Manor you won’t be disappointed.
